  • What are your business hours?
    Lively Hands can be contacted via phone call, text, or email Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm. Service hours vary. Please visit website to see availability.
  • How much do you charge?
    Prices vary depending on service. Please visit website for our pricing menu.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a nonrefundable deposit is required. It will go towards service total or forfeited if appointment is cancelled. Deposits will also go toward rescheduling within 30 days of booking. After 30 days deposit will be forfeited and a new booking will be acceptable.
  • What if I am running late to my appointment?
    Please be courteous and advise stylist as soon as possible. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Deposit will be forfeited.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.”
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Unfortunately not at this time. All services are by appointment only.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    3 weeks in advance in recommended.
  • Is a tip required?
    No, tips are not a requirement, but very appreciated.
  • What forms of payment is accepted?
    All major credit card types, Square, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
  • Can I connect with you via social media?

    •All services are appointment ONLY. •text me when you arrive and I will text you when I’m prepared for you to come in •Upon arrival at the salon please wear your mask before entering salon. (If you do not have a mask we do have masks for $5) •If I am not yet ready for you please be willing and prepared to wait in your vehicle. This will ensure previous clients are out of my space and my area is sanitized in between clients. •No room for more than 1 extra guest •Sanitizer is available. •If you or anyone in your home is ill please reschedule your appointment.
